Founder and Director
What truly sets Michelle apart is her personalised, hands-on approach. She recognises that no two financial journeys are the same and tailors solutions to suit each client’s unique circumstances. Whether supporting first-home buyers, guiding clients through refinancing, or structuring finance for experienced investors, Michelle leverages her expertise and access to a network of over 60 lenders to deliver strategic, well-considered outcomes focused on long-term success.
Her mission is to equip clients with the confidence and knowledge to make smarter financial decisions and take control of their future. She works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them refine their strategy and move closer to the lifestyle they envision.
Outside of work, Michelle is a devoted mother of two who embraces an active and adventurous lifestyle. A Guinness World Record holder and extreme sports enthusiast, she enjoys travel, fitness, and pushing boundaries—bringing the same energy, discipline, and determination into her professional life.
Rylen Hongoy
Junior Loan Processor
Rylen is part of the team behind the scenes at Elevate Financial, helping keep the loan process organised and moving smoothly for our clients.
He supports the team with everything from collecting and organising documents and following up with lenders, through to keeping clients updated and assisting with the various steps involved in getting a loan from application to settlement.
With a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on keeping things organised, Rylen enjoys helping make what can often feel like a complicated process a little easier for clients.
Alongside his loan processing and client service responsibilities, Rylen also supports Elevate Financial with its marketing and online presence. From creating educational content and managing social media to Google Business Profile updates, client reviews and other marketing initiatives, he helps the team stay connected with current and future clients.
